Great Service and Location! The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was located in a prime spot, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the modern design of the hotel.

Overpriced. We felt that the hotel was quite expensive for what it offered.

Convenient location within walking distance to attractions and Christmas market. Friendly and helpful staff, offered early check-in and late check-out. Clean, warm, and spacious rooms with comfortable mattresses. Service was excellent, with polite and helpful employees. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant stay.

Great value for the money, with comfortable beds, controllable air-conditioning, and a refreshing shower. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, and the staff treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location in the heart of the Old Town was perfect, situated on a calm and pleasant street. The staff could not have been more accommodating and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were excellent, from the comfortable and spacious beds to the well-equipped bathroom. We also appreciated the wide range of facilities available, including a gym and a lovely garden terrace. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeded our expectations.

parking was a bit tricky

This hotel is situated in an incredible neighborhood in an old renovated warehouse district popular with wealthy Czechs. It's just a short walk to the various attractions in Prague, like Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is to die for, with delicious baked goods and a variety of options. The staff is polite and helpful, always making sure your stay is perfect. Plus, the hotel offers car service to the airport.

The toiletries in the rooms were not replenished during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.
